By using Home Base, customers and workers agree to the following terms. Home Base is a platform that helps customers and independent workers connect; it does not employ workers directly.

Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information when registering, posting work or applying as a worker. Impersonation or providing false qualifications is prohibited.

Conduct

Customers and workers must communicate respectfully and honor agreed requirements, deadlines and pricing discussed on WhatsApp. Harassment, fraud or spam will result in account suspension.

Academic integrity

Use of Home Base for cheating, exam impersonation, plagiarism, or submitting work completed by someone else as the student’s own is strictly prohibited. See our Academic Integrity Policy for details.

Payments

Pricing is agreed directly between customers and workers. Home Base does not currently process payments on behalf of users; this may be added as the platform expands.

Limitation of liability

Home Base facilitates connections between customers and workers but is not responsible for the quality of work exchanged directly between users outside the platform’s verified process.
