Account details, work request details, worker application details (including qualification and verification information), messages sent through the platform, and general usage data.

How we protect it

Sensitive identity information such as CNIC/verification details is collected for worker verification only and is never displayed publicly on worker profiles. Access to personal data is limited to what a user’s role requires.

To connect customers with workers, to verify worker applications, to respond to support requests, and to improve the platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

You may request that your account information be corrected or removed by contacting support through the Contact page or WhatsApp Live Support.
